Self-hosted vs CDN performance comparison
Side-by-side LCP / CLS / TBT measurements on identical Next.js builds deployed to (a) bare-metal Debian + nginx and (b) Vercel Edge. Hypothesis under test: owned infrastructure can match or beat CDN performance for static content with simpler operational stack.
