Who we are
ThatDevPro is a brand of ThatDeveloperGuy, a SDVOSB certified web and AI engineering studio located at 463 State Highway 76, Cassville, MO 65625. Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@thatdeveloperguy.com.
Information we collect
When you visit this site we collect standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. When you submit the audit form or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide voluntarily, such as your name, email, phone number, and domain. If you become a client we collect billing information through Square, which acts as the payment processor and stores card data under its own policies.
How we use information
Server logs are used for security, debugging, and traffic analysis. Contact information is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services and bill for them. We do not sell information to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and improve content. Analytics cookies are set when you visit the site. You can decline these in your browser settings or by using a privacy oriented browser extension. We do not use behavioral advertising cookies on this domain.
Third party services
This site is hosted on infrastructure we own and operate. We do not place a third party CDN between us and your visit. Payment is processed by Square. Email is delivered through standard SMTP providers. AI Overview and search engines may cache portions of public pages on this site under their own terms.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request to admin@thatdeveloperguy.com. We respond within thirty days. California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah residents have additional rights under state law that we honor.
Children
This site is not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected such information we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the studio evolves. The last updated date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Material changes will be announced on the site for thirty days before taking effect.
